Elite Dance Cup is expanding our seasonal team and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and professional individuals to join us for the upcoming competition season!
Our events travel to cities across the country, creating unforgettable weekends for dancers, studios, and families. Behind every great experience is a hardworking, friendly, and organized staff—and that’s where you come in.
Whether you’re passionate about performing arts, customer service, or live event production, we have a place for you on our team.
All positions require availability to travel on weekends (typically Friday morning through Sunday evening, with occasional Monday returns). Team members assist with setup and strike for their assigned areas and work collaboratively to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

🏆 Judge – Dance Adjudicator & Educator
Evaluate routines with professionalism and positivity while providing insightful, educational feedback to dancers of all levels. Use your dance expertise to assess technique, performance, and artistry, and deliver constructive critiques through clear, encouraging commentary.

🎤 Emcee – Host & Sound Technician
Bring energy and professionalism to every event as our weekend host! Operate sound systems, manage event flow, and engage with the audience and performers.
➡️ Best suited for confident speakers who are also technically savvy and adaptable in live environments.
🎭 Backstage Assistant
Keep the show running behind the curtain! Manage performer flow, assist with stage floor setup, oversee prop storage, and communicate with directors and the Emcee to keep performances on time and safe.

💎 Merchandise & Customer Service Assistant
Be the welcoming face of Elite Dance Cup! Handle merchandise sales, studio check-ins, and customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
